Commerce Online

The short version

Number of services
Four. Each stands alone; each is built by the team that recommended it.
Usual entry point
One process that hurts weekly, not a technology brief.
If you cannot name it
Opportunity Consulting, or a test bed. Both end in a decision.
02A smaller way in

Not ready for a full engagement?

The test bed compresses the first four stages into one fixed-scope piece of work on one process. You see a result before committing to more.

03Which one do you need?

Four questions, and where each answer points

Describe the problem, not the solution. These are the four questions we would ask on the call anyway.

1
Have you already built something that half works?
Then what is left is the development, not the idea → Vibe to Live. If the missing thing is an answer out of your own records → an assistant on your records.
2
Does the question come from outside the business?
Then it is a channel problem, not an internal one → Communication Channels.
3
Can you name the process yet?
If not, start with Opportunity Consulting. It is the cheapest wrong turn to avoid.
4
Still not sure?
The test bed settles it with something actually running on your data.
Why we do not sell these as a bundle

A bundle is priced on the assumption that you need all of it. Most businesses need one of these badly and the others not at all, and the ones they need next are usually not the ones we would have guessed at the start.

So each service is scoped and priced on its own, and widening is a separate decision you make with the first result in front of you.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem, not the solution. We will tell you which service fits — or that none of them do, which happens more often than you would think.

Five people in a plain office room around a table, one standing at a whiteboard where a process has been drawn as boxes and arrows. Daylight from a side window, archive cartons stacked on racking behind.
